We have been conditioned to seek out experts all the time – Yet, when it comes to promoting our own companies and experience, we don’t know where to start! So, how do you promote yourself and get more customers chasing you down in the street?

At this point, what is there to say about this part? Overwhelming amounts of people spend 2-3 hours online, on social media, on websites every day. Your customers are there – they just need to find you! And they won’t ever find you if you don’t set up a Facebook page (not a profile), build yourself a dedicated website designed to sell and plug into methods that consistently put your brand in front of your customers.

GET CREATIVE, OR GET SOMEONE TO GET CREATIVE

There are very interesting ways to play with adverts you can create. You can use video marketing (which brings your ad cost down a ton!) You can direct traffic to specific pages, aimed to sell one special you’re offering. You can do so much! Or, if you don’t feel like you have time for this – you could hire people to do all this for you.

BUILD THIS OVER TIME

We see a lot (A LOT) of businesses that start this process but give up way too soon. What you are building is a brand. And on that brand, with your website and Facebook page, is a track record, documented online for people to see and follow. Think about creating a way to get testimonials from happy customers – you’ll thank yourself for it 6 months down the road!

Expertise needs to be measured. 1,000 successful construction jobs? That means a lot. 10,000 product sales with 20-30% of people saying they loved how this product helped them in their lives?
